Doosan Machine Tools operates parts logistics centers in major logistics hubs such as South Korea, China, Germany, the U.S., and India, and supplies parts to customers around the world within 24 hours of receiving orders. We also provide a GSPM (Global Service Parts Management) system to manage the stock location and shipping of parts in real time and predict and proactively respond to the demand for parts.

Spindle Repair Service

Our rapid spindle repair service repairs general spindles within 24 hours and high-speed built-in spindles within 48 hours.

24-hour dedicated advisor, AFC

We offer a regular customer service through the Anytime Full Care (AFC) service, which provides a 24-hour dedicated advisor service to customers who need to operate machines in their automotive parts plants 24 hours a day.

Doosan Machine Tools offers regular training to users of Doosan equipment to enable them to operate our products properly. To reduce machine downtime, we provide the 'Call Service' by which one of our specialists offers advice and guidance
on the recovery of a machine without actually visiting the field. We also provide technical manuals on inspection and check items online to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

The warranty differs from region to region, with the usual warranty period lasting for 18 months from shipment
or 12 months from installation, whichever comes first.
